The Italian Maschera Antigas P.C.35 was the civilian version of the T.35  This example was made by Industria Articoli Caoutchouc around 1935.

Maschera Antigas = "Gas Mask"

P.C. = Populazione Civile = "Civilian Population"

Industria Articoli Caoutchouc = "Rubber Articles Industry"
