U.S. MIA2-I-I Noncombatant Gas Mask
The U.S. MIA2-I-I Noncombatant Gas Mask was an upgrade from the U.S. MI-I-I. It was made out of thin hard rubber, and the plastic eyepieces were glued in place. It also featured the newer M8 exhale valve, and the filter was held in place by a metal band. This example was made in 1943.
