French Type Civile 38

The French Type Civile 38 used a cloth facepiece similar to the A.R.S. - G.E.P. and A.N.P. T-31. It was made for civilian use, and would be carried in a tall metal or papier-mâché tube. The first set of pictures features a standard Poelman filter, while the second set boasts a bakelite filter made by Matériel de Protection Aerienne. Both of these examples were made in 1939.
