Swiss SM 64

The Swiss Bata SM 64 was a helmet type mask made of black rubber.  It featured two round glass eyepieces, an elongated snout, and a cheek-mounted exhale valve.  It was for use by rescue workers, and sometimes issued in pairs with a "Y" hose leading to either a single filter, or Pressluftatmer PA-2000 unit.  The first example was made by Bata in 1964, and the second examples were made by Bata in 1965.

Maske = "Mask"

Pressluftatmer = "Compressed Air Breathing Apparatus"
